Information regarding Windsor Point in El Dorado Hills
Windsor Point is located on the Northern part of El Dorado Hills, off Francisco, walking distance to the Elementary and Middle School. There is a new park on one side of the neighborhood and a gated dog park on the other. This neighborhood has a home owners association and Mello Roos bonds. The HOA fees of around $65 per month cover the association management.
Windsor Point is located in the Rescue Union School District. The children attend Lake Forest Elementary School, Marina Middle School and Oak Ridge High School.
