Customary closing cost splits are different for each county. In El Dorado County, it is customary for Buyer and Seller to split Title and Escrow Fees, and for Seller to pay all County, HOA, Private Transfer Fees (if any) and the Natural Hazards Report. These customary splits are not set in stone and can be negotiated with the Buyer's offer.
