Timberline Ridge is located between Silva Valley, El Dorado Hills Blvd, and Green Valley. This little neighborhood is situated near New York Creek and walking trails. These semi custom homes offer flat yards with mature landscaping. During the holidays, this is a fun neighborhood to look at Christmas lights. There are no home owners association or Mello Roos Bonds.
Timberline Ridge is located in the Rescue Union School District. The children attend Jackson Elementary School, Marina Middle School and Oak Ridge High School.
