Sierra Monte is a small, newer neighborhood near Stonebriar in El Dorado Hills, conveniently located near White Rock and Latrobe roads. Construction began in 2017 under CalAtlantic Homes, which was acquired by Lennar as the community was being completed. Homeowners’ association dues are approximately $195 per month, and there are no Mello-Roos bonds.
The community features three thoughtfully designed two-story floor plans ranging from approximately 3,100 to 3,741 square feet. Homes generally offer four to five bedrooms, three to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and three- to four-car garages.
