Sierramonte is a small, newer neighborhood located near Stonebriar in El Dorado Hills, off White Rock Road and Latrobe. The homes in this subdivision were build in 2002 by the builder previously known as CalAtlantic. The company was purchased towards the end of the construction of this neighborhood by Lennar. The home owners association fees are approximately $185 per month and there are no Mello Roos Bonds.

This neighborhood features a total of three home designs and exquisite architectural detailing in Spanish, Tuscan, and French Country exterior styles, offering a charming and elegant street scene. Sierramonte offers a spacious collection of two-story homes ranging in size from approximately 3,100 to 3,741 square feet with four to five bedrooms, three to four-and-a-half bathrooms and three to four-car garages.
