Information regarding Bridlewood Canyon in El Dorado Hills
Bridle Wood Canyon is a wonderful gated community located on the Eastern part of El Dorado Hills. It features a clubhouse, lap pool, basketball court and is situated around the community lake. On a sunny day you will see residents floating around on their paddle boats or playing tennis at the club house.
Having attended an annual chili cook off a few years ago in Bridlewood Canyon, I can easily say this is a fun neighborhood to live in or visit!!
The HOA dues are approximately $77 per month which cover the association management, common areas, roads, gates and the community clubhouse facilities. There are no Mello Roos in Bridlewood Canyon.
Bridlewood Canyon is located in the Rescue Union School District and the children attend Green Valley Elementary School, Pleasant Grove Middle School and Ponderosa High School.
