Zee Estates is located in the Northern part of El Dorado Hills, off Salmon Falls. This neighborhood offers acreage and access to hiking/horse trails that lead to Folsom Lake. There is a low $100 per year HOA fee for road maintenance. This is a wonderful place for people who want to live close to amenities but want to feel as if they are far away.
Zee Estates is located in the Rescue Union School District. The children attend Jackson Elementary School, Marina Middle School and Oak Ridge High School.
