Information regarding Ridgeview in El Dorado Hills
Welcome to Ridgeview Village, one of El Dorado Hills’ most coveted neighborhoods. Originally developed in the 70's, Ridgeview Village was planned to be a community of luxury estates perched upon the rolling hills among beautiful rock outcroppings, Buckeye and Oak trees.
Many properties offer panoramic views of the surrounding valley, downtown Sacramento, the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Folsom Lake.
Residents have been allowed to choose their own builders, so the houses are diverse and unique. Homes range from unpretentiously elegant to comfortable and low key. There are still vacant lots, so new custom homes continue to enhance the community.
Residents take advantage of Ridgeview Park, a small peaceful grassy area bordered by towering oaks in the heart of the neighborhood. El Dorado Hills Town Center and its many shops and restaurants are located conveniently nearby. It is located in the Buckeye Union School District and the children attend Brooks Elementary School, Rolling Hills Middle School and Oak Ridge High School. There are CC&R's but it is not in a HOA and does not have Mello Roos.
