Green Valley Acres is located off Green Valley and as locals would call it, “The Malcolm Dixon Area”. This neighborhood offers no HOA or Mello Roos. It is an established neighborhood with large lots and lenient CC&R’s. The homes and sizes vary greatly, from a modular home to a 5,000 Sq.Ft. home with 2,000 Sq.Ft. guest house.
