The Hills of El Dorado and Woodridge make up Bass Lake Village which is located on the East part of El Dorado Hills, near Bass Lake. Here you will find homes built in the mid ninety's to the early two-thousands.
There is no HOA dues or Mello Roos in Bass Lake Village.
Bass Lake Village is located in the Rescue School District and the children attend Green Valley Elementary School, Pleasant Grove Middle School and Ponderosa High School.
Oak Knoll Park is the neighborhood park and down Bass Lake towards Green Valley, you will find the old Bass Lake Golf Course that is no longer operating.
