Stonebriar in El Dorado Hills is located off of White Rock Road and Latrobe Road. This wonderful neighborhood has no HOA fees and low Mello Roos Bonds of approximately $1,200 annually. There is a yearly road maintenance fee of $200. The builder, William Lyon, centered this community around a large park. Most homes on Stonebriar Drive have a private road behind the home where the garage is located.
Stonebriar offers a wonderful 4th of July parade where local children decorate their bikes or scooters and ride to the park. At the park, there is a pancake breakfast and several bounce houses.
Stonebriar is located in the Buckeye Union School District. The children attend William Brooks Elementary School, Rolling Hills Middle School and Oak Ridge High School.
