Highland View is located on the East part of El Dorado Hills, off of Silva Valley, near custom Serrano and Highland Hills. This semi-custom neighborhood features large lots (minimum .5 acre) and stunning views. Two builders developed the neighborhood; Windcrest and Signature Homes. There are no MelloRoos in Highland View and the HOA dues are only $35 per month.
Residents take advantage of Murray Park, a playground area with a spacious dog friendly lawn. There is also a 8-mile hiking/mountain biking trail in the community. It is located in the award-winning Rescue Union School District and children attend Jackson Elementary School, Marina Middle School and Oak Ridge High School.
